Soft Pastel
Soft pastel are made from purest pigment with minimum binder which ensure ther rich color and allow to retain their brilliance of color even when you apply the layering.
Soft pastels are easy to use and colours can be blended readily. They are superb for seamless colour blending and can be applied to a wide range of textured papers and cards. Smudge and blend with a finger or paper stumps.
